Who we protect

Fondation Secours Humanitaire (FSH) is dedicated to providing critical emergency assistance in regions where it is most urgently needed, whether in response to natural disasters or conflicts. Our organization is committed to the protection and support of the civilian population affected by such events. Among the most vulnerable groups in society are children who, as a result of these emergencies, lost one or both parents and are left orphaned. Orphans, who are particularly in need, and suffer from psychological trauma, are given special and ongoing consideration in our interventions. By addressing both immediate needs and long-term support, Fondation Secours Humanitaire seeks to provide holistic assistance to the most vulnerable populations in times of humanitarian crisis.

Fondation Secours Humanitaire is dedicated to supporting widows and their families who have lost their father and spouse, the sole provider and breadwinner of the household. As a result, widows face significant hardships, as their responsibilities as mothers and housewives often prevent them from pursuing paid employment outside the home. Our support seeks to alleviate these challenges by helping families cover essential needs, including shelters, food and water, and education fees for their children.

We also provide immediate assistance and care to the cornerstone of society—families who have lost their homes and belongings as a result of conflict or natural disaster. Such families are frequently displaced and are faced with the devastating reality that their residences have been either wholly or partially destroyed, rendering them uninhabitable.
