Since the establishment of the Fondation Secours Humanitaire in 2009, we have always been dedicated to caring for orphans, and the number of children benefiting from our aid has continuously grown.
We view ourselves as a vital bridge; connecting orphaned children with the support they need, built on the generosity of our donors. This bridge allows us to provide not just immediate relief, but also long-term support, ensuring that each orphan, whether they have lost one or both parents, is cared for until they reach adulthood.
Our monthly allowance covers all essential aspects of a child’s well-being, including living expenses, education, and healthcare fees, with a particular focus on mental health services.
Indeed, we recognize that the trauma of losing a parent or surviving a crisis or natural disaster can have a lasting impact, which is why professional psychological support is a critical part of our care.
Since 2025, we have proudly taken on the responsibility of sponsoring approximately 3,000 new orphans—a milestone that marks a turning point in the history of the foundation. As we continue to grow, we are developing new projects and securing additional sponsors to ensure that these children receive the care, education, and emotional support they need to thrive, now and in the future.
