At Fondation Secours Humanitaire, we work alongside underprivileged youth who are unemployed and lack both formal education and the skills needed to enter the workforce. 

To address this, we

provide them with targeted training in specific professions, ranging from technical fields to crafts and services, with the goal of equipping them with practical, marketable skills. 

These training programs are designed to be hands-on and relevant to the demands of the job market, ensuring that the youth gain real-world experience that will help them secure employment.

Once the training is complete, each individual is given the opportunity to work on real projects, which allow them to apply what they have learned in a professional setting, further building their confidence and competence. 

Ultimately, our mission is to give these young people a chance to break free from the barriers created by the lack of education and access to opportunities, empowering them to build a better future for themselves, their families, and society at large.
